Thanks for doing that.  I combined the two patches into one (to avoid known
git-bisect breakage) and massaged them a bit to apply to my testing tree[1].
I also converted four new drivers there that you wouldn't have seen.

The resulting commit is below; notice that I left the author and signed-off-bys
intact.  Please let me know if that's not OK with you.
