Hi Mathew, When starting a new discussion topic on a mailing list, please don't use the "Reply" function of your e-mail client, else it makes it hard for anyone with a threading e-mail client to follow what's going on. See the mailing list archive [1] for an example of how bad it looks like: you seem to be going on with an existing topic, while your post is not related at all!
