Development on 2.6.11.7 with Intel SE440BX-2 mainboard.

Compile test on 2.6.12-rc2-mm3.

Left it alone for a while, removed ci_clear function, replaced 
with config, which may also be used to init chip and set 
temperature interrupt mode, no access to 'dangerous' commands 
such as enabling hardware /int output or asserting /reset output.

This patch replaces any prior patches for adm9240 port I posted.
