Backport i2c-ali1563.c from linux-2.6 to linux-2.4

Hi Jean, MDS

The attached driver has fixed the bug with the method Rudolf provided.
I discussed with Rudolf just now, he told me this one should be fixed.
So please help to commit it into CVS after lm_sensors-2.9.1 released.

After the commit, please just give me a notice.
