Gents (and ladies, of course), I was just wondering if someone had taken charge of porting the vt8231 driver to 2.6.x. and/or the current status of such a port. Starting from Roy Thompson's code I just got a version working (lm_sensors-2.8.7 userland and kernel 2.6.8.1) which matches the results given by the lm_sensors-2.8.7 version under 2.4.27. Unfortunately, my testing pool is exactly one unit, an EPIA 800 motherboard. I would be more than happy to submit this code to the project, but it seems appropriate to pass it through the maintainers first.
