Added ds_w1_bridge.c - DS9490R<-->W1 master bridge driver.
Code cleanup: read/write functions, reset, hw reset and many other,
s/ds9490r/ds.
Added reference counter into main structure - FIXME, it takes too
lonmg to unload, race somewhere.
