The correct module *is* w83627hf. It was added to the Linux 2.6 tree in
2.6.5-rc1, which is why you didn't find it in your 2.6.3 kernel tree.

The w83781d driver works too (as you noticed) but w83627hf is
recommended instead when present (supports less different chips, which
makes the code cleaner).
