Seems to be something wrong with the 2.6.5-tmb kernel, as it shows mkinitrd failure on boot, and I cannot do an init 3. So I've re-installed the 2.6.3 kernel, which will show no temperatures. Will wait for a better kernel. Thanks for your advice. William
