GT64260 I2C driver developement

I'm working on a driver for the I2C feature found on the GT64260 PCI Northbridge
for the PPC.  Is there any current development going on for this chip?  I
intended that my code will be released GPL, however, becuase I'm working on this
for a company I cannot be sure.  Any comments would be helpful.
