As it says in dmesg (and on our new drivers page) the 630 is not supported. sorry. But it doesn't have sensors in it anyway. Most 630 boards have an it87xx on them, try the it87 module. The most important thing is to find out what sensors are on the board, then see if we support them, then if not get a datasheet and try to write a driver. Good luck.
