From: Dave Chinner <dchinner@xxxxxxxxxx> We're moving away from using xfs_fsblock_t to define allocation targets, and instead we are using {agno,agbno} tuples instead. This will allow us to eventually move everything to {perag,agbno}. But before we get there, we need to split the fsblock into {agno,agbno} and convert the code to use those first.
