[PATCHSET 0/8] xfsprogs: sync with 6.4

Hi all,

Synchronize with libxfs changs in kernel 6.4 and fix anything that
breaks as a result.

If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just
pull from my git trees, which are linked below.

This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything.  Enjoy!
