Hi all, This series adds a couple new features to the btheight command so that we can print the max height for each cursor type for the given filesystem, or the maximum possible height for any filesystem. If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just pull from my git trees, which are linked below. This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything. Enjoy!
