FWIW I've been carrying a patch[1] to bump the compat level to 11 so
that the xfs_scrub systemd services can take advantage of
dh_installsystemd.  I /think/ doing so will break builds on Debian
oldstable and oldoldstable and Ubuntu 16.04, but those are now 5+
years old so maybe I should send it for reals?
