Hi all, These two patches refactor a couple of bmbt functions to use generic btree code for counting blocks and reading extents into the incore tree, instead of open-coding that. If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just pull from my git trees, which are linked below. This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything. Enjoy!
