The xfsprogs repository at:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/fs/xfs/xfsprogs-dev.git
has just been updated and tagged with v5.2.1.
This was to fix a thinko on my part which pretty much broke xfsprogs
on any kernel older than 5.2. But as dave points out there's really
nothing new in 5.2.0 anyway, so you're fine with 5.1.0 for now
in any case. Sorry for the drama. :)
Tarballs are in the normal place.
