[PATCH] xfs: verify dirblocklog correctly

sb_dirblklog is added to sb_blocklog to compute the directory block size
in bytes.  Therefore, we must compare the sum of both those values
against XFS_MAX_BLOCKSIZE_LOG, not just dirblklog.
