Thanks, Dave for clarification. Seems you are right.
I launched Google Chrome not immediately after boot, and saw that
DMA-API debugging OOM message and message about my issue added almost
at the same time but much later.

Could you help me with question in which mailing list is better report
about this problem?

P.S. Also added updated dmesg from second experiment.
