fglrx on kubuntu 9.10 shows a warning on dmesg

Hi All,

first, sorry for crossposting, but once i didn't know how to
proceed, i'm crossposting xorg-driver-ati@lists.x.org,

also, please, cc me once i'm not subscribed in any of those mailing lists....

well, while i still can play games like assaultcube, fglrx prints such
a warning...
I thought posting may somehow help to figure out what is happening
possibly someone from ati once its the proprietary driver can help...
ah, apparently openbox performs better than kwin too when running kde
