Yes. It seems to be part of the ipv6 std that you can't disable redirects.

/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/send_redirects

It looks like it is not possible to disable redirects on ipv6.
Do you have SYSFS enabled?

Sorry I don't mean SYSFS here, something with SYS.... I mean this [0].
