Ok I applied some of the changes (see mac80211-next tree), but not the
mac80211 pieces. Please fix:

endian issues

[MP] I see mistake tmp = cpu_to_le16(cap) to be changed to tmp = cpu_to_le32(cap). MCS set is fine right?
