In both directions (serially). It's a script, which does the following:

while true
do
	netperf -H host -t TCP_STREAM 	 # (STA -> AP)
	netperf -H host -t TCP_MAERTS    # (AP -> STA)
	netperf -H host -t TCP_SENDFILE  # (STA -> AP)
done
