Glad to hear it works for you now. In the patch, the following piece of code

+				if ((iwl_is_associated_ctx(ctx) &&
+						!ctx->ht.is_40mhz) ||
+						!iwl_is_associated_ctx(ctx))

can be simplified to:

	if (!iwl_is_associated_ctx(ctx) || !ctx->ht.is_40mhz)
