Recently mac80211 was changed to use nullfunc instead of probe request for connection monitoring for tx ack status reporting hardwares. Frequent disconnection was observed when the STA is moving so frequesntly and it is on idle state without any transmission. So the rate control is not learned completely in order to send data frame at proper rate. So sending the nullfunc at higher rate in in congested network is failed offenly. This patch sends the nullfunc frame at minimum rate only if it is used for monitoring purpose.
