[PATCH V2 7/16] rtlwifi: rtl8192cu: Add routines dm, fw, led and sw

Add the rtlwifi/rtl8192cu routines for dm.c, fw.c, led.c and sw.c.
Where possible, these routines use the corresponding code in rtl8192ce.
