[PATCH] wireless-regdb: update rules for DE

Yes, each patch affects one country only.  My point is that I believe every EU country should be set to the exact same settings for channel, power, DFS and indoor/outdoor flags.

So was wondering if these new DE settings make DE in line with all the other EU countries. Or are all the EU countries all over the map (so to speak).

The issue is that some EU countries state some differences in spectrum allocation rules, but all WLAN products must comply with the harmonized conformance standard (EN301 839) which specifies the same set of rules, that I believe all WLAN products should be set to.

Hey Michael, no they are not, each patch addresses just one country at a time.
