Replacing #ifdef XXX with the following might work:
#if defined(CONFIG_NONE) || defined(CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT) ||
defined(CONFIG_PREEMPT_VOLUNTARY) || defined(CONFIG_PREEMPT_DESKTOP)
