This should be (tepid = (ENDPOINT_MAX - 1); tepid > ENDPOINT0; tepid--),
and the NULL check below can be retained.

This is because ENDPOINT0 is reserved.

ENDPOINT_MAX should be used here, but '<=' should be replaced by '<'.
