iwl3945 not working after recent commits

Not sure which commit broke it, but using latest compat-wireless, I get this:

Not sure what is causing this, but it prevents the card from functioning. I have also created a bug: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13585 .
