I have a T61p, which seems to have 2 switches - one master on the front left side, which slides left and right; and one that toggles Bluetooth only, with a combination of Fn + F5. The Bluetooth toggle doesn't do anything unless the main switch has been turned on. I don't see an independent rfkill switch for the 802.11. Will Keaney
