Ah, indeed it does... initscript has:
service wlan_loader /system/bin/wlan_loader \
    -f /system/etc/wifi/Fw1251r1c.bin -e /proc/calibration \
    -i /system/etc/wifi/tiwlan.ini

wlan_loader source is in CUDK dir.
