[PATCH 03/14] wifi: mac80211: rename IEEE80211_CHANCTX_CHANGE_MIN_WIDTH

The name is misleading, this actually indicates that
ieee80211_chanctx_conf::min_def was updated.
Rename it to IEEE80211_CHANCTX_CHANGE_MIN_DEF.
