Reduce false positives in the macro_checker in the following scenarios: 1. Macro definitions with only a single character 2. Macro definitions as (0) and (1) 3. Macro definitions as empty Also provide an option (-v) that alow users to control whether or not to check conditional macros. When -v is specified, conditional macros are checked; otherwise, thet are not.
