[PATCH v4 11/40] ath10k: optimize ath10k_snoc_napi_poll()

ath10k_snoc_napi_poll() traverses pending_ce_irqs bitmap bit by bit.
Simplify it by using for_each_test_and_clear_bit() iterator.
