Add support for WoW (Wakeup on Wireless) funtionalities, this including magic-pattern, net-detect, disconnect and patterns, HW data filter, ARP and NS offload, GTK rekey offload. Also enable keepalive before suspend to avoid unexpected kick out by AP.
