The chip_ops::fem_setup is to get if a hardware module type contains PA and LNA that will affect how RF calibrations do. The chip_ops::rfe_gpio is to set GPIO PIN MUX according to hardware module type too. 8922A doesn't have these special module types yet, so leave them as NULL.
