[PATCH 04/20] wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: use iwl_mvm_is_vendor_in_approved_list()

We have this helper now instead of open-coding the check for
the dmi_tas_approved_list, so use it even here. It was added
for debugfs use, but it's better to be consistent.
