[PATCH 4/7] wifi: rtw89: add EVM and SNR statistics to debugfs

To help debug performance problem, add EVM and SNR statistics to debugfs
that shows

  EVM: [(26.75, 26.75) (25.75, 25.75)]    SNR: 40
