Erm. I don't know what happened with this patch - it shouldn't have had
this contents ...
But yes we also have D2.0 changes prepared somewhere.
I'm not going to repost the set, but I pushed those out too now, with
the D1.5 changes broken out from this patch into a proper separate patch
- not sure how that happened, sorry.
