[PATCH] rsi: fix error return code of rsi_load_9116_firmware()

When kmemdup() returns NULL to ta_firmware, no error return code of
rsi_load_9116_firmware() is assigned.
To fix this bug, status is assigned with -ENOMEM in this case.
