one which actually exposes S1G to hwsim.

If those two small things (ARRAY_SIZE & patch reordering) are the only
changes, I guess I can do that.
I'll send a v3, the patch reorder doesn't apply cleanly.
Unless you want to look at the reordering of the nl80211 bands, but you
seemed to say it won't really matter.
