From: Pramod Prakash <pramod.prakash@xxxxxxxxxxx> 802.1d defines 0,3 for BE and 1,2 for BK. In pcie dongles, 0 & 3 are mapped to 0 and 1,2 are mapped to 1. This change corrects this mapping, so that BE & BK are given access precedence accordingly by pcie dongles.
