From: Igor Mitsyanko <igor.mitsyanko.os@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> QLINK_CMD_PHY_PARAMS_GET command does not need to be separate, it can be included into GET_MAC_INFO command. Merge these two commands adding all the missing wiphy data.
