I don't see any of your three patches in linux-wireless list and hence
neither in patchwork:

https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-wireless/list/?state=*

One reason might be the ';' character in the To field:

To: kvalo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx;, davem@xxxxxxxxxxxxx;, allison@xxxxxxxxxxx;,
	kstewart@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;, opensource@xxxxxxxxxxx;,
	mcgrof@xxxxxxxxxx;, saurav.girepunje@xxxxxxxxx;, tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
	;, linux-wireless@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;, b43-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;,
	netdev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;, linux-kernel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;

Please fix that and resend all patches. Also the title prefix should be
'b43:':
