[PATCH 7/8] rtlwifi: rtl8192cu: Fix problems with blank lines

The following problems were found:

WARNING: Missing a blank line after declarations
CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
CHECK: Please use a blank line after function/struct/union/enum declarations

There are no code changes.
