[PATCH 20/20] iwlwifi: dbg_ini: fix infinite time ignore consecutive dumps

The driver sets ignore_consec to -1 which is 0xffffffff in u32
so when iwl_fw_ini_trigger_on is called, it will always return false
and each trigger could be used only once.

Solve this by removing the assignment to -1.
