[PATCH] rfkill: rename rfkill_mutex to rfkill_global_mutex

rfkill_mutex and rfkill->mutex are too easy to confuse with each other.

Rename rfkill_mutex to rfkill_global_mutex, so that they are easier to tell
apart with just one glance.
