[PATCH 04/12] staging: wilc1000: move sdio_cmd52 & sdio_cmd53 struct to source file

Moved sdio_cmd52 & sdio_cmd53 struct from wilc_wlan_if.h, as its used in
wilc_sdio.cfile.
