Note: the linux-review/Larry-Finger/rtlwifi-btcoex-Final-round-of-fixes/20170526-081527 HEAD 5516f61b7e041bafa763004c89d2e11641826e65 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.

All errors (new ones prefixed by >>):
