[PATCHv3 2/3] ath10k: handle testmode events for 10.2 and 10.4 based firmware

Currently testmode events for 10.x firmware are processed from
10.1 wmi event processing. This patch is used to handle testmode
events in 10.2 and 10.4 based firmware.
